Two UCA STEMteach students, Caitlin Dewey and Magnus Pauly, taught a lesson on fossils to third graders at VES this week, according to their teacher Mrs. Sturdivant. Students were given tools to use to dig up fossils. They found shells, rocks, and plants. The activity was followed up with a discussion on what could be learned about the fossils that were found.
