Graduating seniors received cords and certificates Wednesday...

It is anticipated that 238 Vilonia High School students will graduate May 14.  Completer cords and certificates were presented, Wednesday, during a ceremony held in the high school gymnasium. Principal Matt Sewell said 346 cords and medals were handed out including 278 representing career/technical. Fifty-nine academic awards were presented with 36 students receiving one, eight students received two, seven students received three, three students received four and three students received five. One student Andrea Pruitt received 17 and Rachel Pruitt received 19. Mr. Sewell said Rachel received the most of any student in Vilonia history.
