STUDENTS:

 

Only students purchasing 2nd chance breakfast are allowed in the cafeteria.  If not you will receive a detention.

 

Remember to turn your bus notes in first thing in the mornings, as soon as you arrive to school.

 

The 2017-2018 Vilonia Cheer Squads are currently selling ads for both the Junior High (VMS/VFA) Athletic Program and the High School Athletic Program.  This fundraiser for the cheerleaders supplies camp fees as well as helps with the overall cost of being a cheerleader. Band members, clubs, teams, individuals, and businesses are encouraged to purchase an ad for next years program.  Ads range in the price from $35 to $100. Find a new cheerleader and purchase your ad!

Tryouts for the 2017-2018 8th/9th grade volleyball team will be May 15th and 16th. 8th grade tryouts will be 3:30-5:00 and 9th grade will be 5:30-6:30. There is a sign up sheet at the office. To try out you must have signed and returned the form on the front of the information packet. If you did not get a packet you can pick one up in the office. You may return signed forms to the office or to Coach Copeland. We will have open gyms on May 1, May 3, May 8, and May 10, from 3:30-5 p.m. for those who want to get some extra practice before tryouts. 

 The library will be hosting a Book Swap. Students may bring middle school age appropriate books that are in good condition  to swap. Hardback books are worth 2 tickets and paperback books are worth 1 ticket. Books may be turned in to the library April 24 - April 28.  Thenstudents will be able to use their tickets shop May 1 - 5.

 All library books need to be turned in by May 8.  

Students will have until May 8 to earn 100 AR points and qualify for the 100 point AR reward!

 AWARDS ASSEMBLY:  Friday, May 12:    8th grade @ 8:30 & 7th grade @ 10 a.m.

Lost and found will be cleaned out Friday, April 28.
