AP orientation event announced

The administrators and Advanced Placement (AP) teachers at Vilonia High School would like to invite all students interested in taking one or more AP courses in high school, and their parents, to an AP Orientation at 6:30 p.m., May 16,  in the Vilonia High School cafeteria. We want you to know…

·         What AP classes are offered,

·         How AP classes can benefit you,

·         What to expect in an AP class,

·         What AP teachers expect of you,

·         And, how to make the most of the AP program at VHS.

The program will take about approximately one hour. There will be administrators and AP teachers on hand to offer information about AP classes and the program. Current and former AP students will also relate their experience in the program. The program will include a question and answer period, as well as an opportunity to learn more about individual AP classes from the teachers themselves.

Whether you are a parent or a student, if you are interested in the AP program at Vilonia High School, this is an excellent opportunity to learn more about it.
