The Vilonia School District held their annual Celebration of Service and Success Ceremony yesterday. At the event, district employees were recognized for their years of service and retirements. Also, the VSD Employee of the Year and Teacher of the Year were announced. Jessica Adair, VMS Teacher, was named VSD Teacher of the Year and Melinda Denton, VMS Custodian, was named VSD Employee of the Year. Our retirees this year are: Patti Cline, Carol Edwards, Brenda Evatt, Paul Gill, Tammy Grissom, Danny Harmon, Scott Lambert, Ashley Outlaw, and Janice Tucker. We are grateful for the wonderful staff that we have across the district. You all sure do make up the heart of our schools! Thank you for all you do!
