The Vilonia School District and Conway Regional Health Systems will offer school-wide physicals for students in grades 6-11 who will be participating in Sports or Marching Band for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Informational Packets will be sent home with the students on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Please complete the necessary forms and return them on May 11, 2026, the day of the physical. Homeschool students need to be at the high school at 10 AM the day of physicals. Extra forms will be in the school offices.
