Vilonia School District Earns Top "A" Grade in State Accountability Ratings

Vilonia, AR — Vilonia School District is proud to announce that we have officially earned an "A" rating in the latest Arkansas’s Unified Accountability System for the 2025-2026 school year.

Out of 258 school districts evaluated across the state, Vilonia School District is among an elite group of just 26 districts to achieve an "A" rating this year. Furthermore, the district is one of only 13 statewide to maintain its "A" rating from the previous year, highlighting a sustained commitment to academic excellence, student growth, and high standards.

"This performance is a testament to the dedication, resilience, and hard work of our entire school community," said Dr. Doug Adams, Superintendent of Vilonia School District. "Earning and maintaining an 'A' rating puts our district among the top tier of education systems in the state. We could not be prouder of our exceptional students, our talented teachers and staff, and the unwavering support of our parents and community members who make achievements like this possible."

The Arkansas’s Unified Accountability System measures districts on rigorous criteria, including student academic achievement, growth, graduation rates, and college and career readiness metrics.

The District is proud to announce the results of our School-Level Accountability and congratulate our wonderful schools across the district. The results are as follows:

Vilonia Elementary School - A

Vilonia Primary School - A

Frank Mitchell Intermediate School - B

Vilonia Junior High School - B

Vilonia High School - B

The State also designates schools as an AR Gem School who place in the Top 10% in achievement and growth. Our district is proud to announce that Vilonia Elementary School and Vilonia Primary School have been named an AR Gem School.
