VHS LADY EAGLES - 5A STATE TRACK RUNNER UP Yesterday was an incredible day to be an Eagle! Mr. Sweeney, VSD Athletic Director, hosted the 5A State Track Meet on our campus and it went great! Thank you to all the volunteers who made this possible. Thank you to our maintenance and food service department for your help. The weather was beautiful and our athletes did amazing! We want to congratulate the VHS Lady Eagle Track Team for their 2nd place finish in the State Meet. Also, congratulations to ALL the athletes on their performances and records that were broken! VHS EAGLE AND LADY EAGLE TRACK TEAMS CLAIM CONFERENCE CHAMPS Huge congratulations to our VHS Eagle and Lady Eagle Track and Field teams and coaches for their victory at home yesterday! Both teams claimed the 5A Central Conference Championships! This was the 19th consecutive conference title for the Lady Eagles! The Eagles have claimed 14 titles since 2010. We are incredibly proud of our Track and Field program! Go Eagles, Take STATE!
