Big Congratulations to Our Very Own Tech Star!
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Zarrah Griffin, who placed 7th in the Country at the National Microsoft Office Specialist Championship in Texas! Competing in PowerPoint, she proudly represented the state of Arkansas and Vilonia High School on a national stage. Through hours of practice and preparation, she showed what hard work can achieve.
Way to go, Zarrah Griffin! You’re an inspiration to us all, and we can’t wait to see where your talents take you next!

LADY EAGLE SOFTBALL CAMP POSTPONED
Due to the weather, the softball camp scheduled for today(June 18, 2025) is being postponed until a day in July. We will update you with a date as soon as we confirm one.

We want you to be in the know and prepared! Starting the 2025-2026 school year, the Arkansas Bell to Bell, No Cell Act will be enforced in all public schools, including the Vilonia School District. This new law prohibits students from using personal electronic devices during the entire school day-from the first bell to the last!

VES AND VPS TEACHERS ARE LEARNING LOTS
Mrs. Shirley, VES Assistant Principal, provided a curriculum training recently to our first grade teachers in the district on ways to improve our phonics instruction for our students! We love that our staff are sharpening their skills this summer!

Mr. Scott is couriering his last piece of mail today for the Vilonia School District. He has been with us for 26 years! Although we are sad to see him go, we are so happy for him on his retirement! Thank you Mr. Scott!

LADY EAGLE TRACK ATHLETES BREAK SCHOOL RECORD RECENTLY
Congratulations to Brook Burnham for breaking the school record in the Heptathlon with 3933 points. Also, congratulations to her sister Briana Burnham for breaking the school record in Long Jump at 18-3 ft. Way to go girls!
