2026 SUMMER FEEDING INTEREST SURVEY
Help us PLAN our FREE summer meals for children in the Vilonia School District.
Please complete this short survey so we can determine location, days, and the number of meals needed.
Rules for participation:
1. Meals are available for children ages 0-18.
2. Children should be present at pick-up unless a Parent Permission Form is completed.
3. Some food items may require refrigeration--please plan to store meals safely until eaten.
