For the first time, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education releases School District Letter Grades. These grades, along with school letter grades, are there to give parents, educators, and community members a complete picture of performance across schools and districts.
The Vilonia School District is proud to announce that we have received an “A” rating! This is just another representation of how wonderful our district truly is. The district is ranked in the top 8% of the entire state amongst other school districts. We are one in twenty-two districts who achieved this rating.
In addition, the state has awarded 151 schools with a financial award. Two of our schools will receive a total of $130, 430.70 for their high student performance and academic growth. Congratulations to Vilonia Elementary School and Vilonia High School.
