VPS kicked off National Read Across America Week with our annual Book Character Parade! 📚✨
Our hallways were filled with storybook magic as students and staff brought their favorite characters to life from classic favorites to new literary heroes! Costumes, creativity, and a love for reading were on full display as we celebrated the joy that books bring to learning.
Reading opens the door to imagination, adventure, and endless possibilities, and our students showed just how powerful a good book can be! We loved seeing everyone’s excitement as we paraded together to start a week full of literacy fun.

Last night our Little Dribblers stole the show at the senior high ballgame! 🏀✨
From the moment they stepped onto the court, their smiles, confidence, and team spirit lit up the gym. They showed us that hard work, practice, and a whole lot of heart can make a big impact no matter your size!
We are so proud of the way they represented our schools and cheered on our senior high teams. The future of our program is bright, and it’s clear these young athletes are already learning what it means to be leaders, teammates, and champions.
